Who doesn’t like new books? My new book pile is so tall and precariously stacked that I’m a little bit afraid that it’s going to fall over and crush my dog. Does that make me an irresponsible dog owner? I’d better go read something—Molly’s life is at stake! The leaves will probably blow away on their own anyway.
Don’t let my terrible example dissuade you from checking out some new books from the Library. It won’t dissuade me.
We would be happy to put any of these new books on hold for you! Download this New Book Order Form (PDF) and return it to any desk in the Library.

If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you like to read books. And if you like to read books, you might also want to talk about books. Well, you’ve come to the right place because the Library has a book club, and this month we’re reading One by One by Ruth Ware.
A company retreat is upended by an avalanche that strands eight coworkers in a remote mountain chalet. As each hour passes without any sign of rescue, panic mounts, the chalet grows colder, and the group dwindles one by one.
The discussion is on Wednesday, October 28, at 10:00 AM. Register online to receive the Zoom link!
Print copies of the book are available at the Adult Information Desk now.
