The Triple P: Five Steps to Positive Parenting program, for parents of children 0-12, has more than 35 years of research to back it up, and has identified 5 skills for a happier family life that you will learn.

Triple P Providers teach families how to spend less time battling misbehavior, and more time building close relationships by building positive parenting skills, with practical advice based on the success of thousands of families. You’ll develop positive parenting skills to manage stress and encourage healthy habits.
The 90 minute seminars are presented by trained facilitators, with a 60 minute presentation and 30 minutes for questions.
