Happy One Year Anniversary to The Forge!

The Working Gear – April 2022

Happy Anniversary to The Forge! Menomonee Falls Public Library’s makerspace turns one year old this month. It has been quite a year for the newest addition. Thank you to everyone who has donated items to fill the room with equipment and supplies for hands-on creativity. We are happy to see so many patrons stop in to make a craft, use the 3D printer, or explore the Cricut machine. If you haven’t had a chance to discover this new space, stop by! The Forge is open during normal Library hours, only closed for Forge programs.

Adults! You now have a space to create and craft. Starting in April 2022, The Forge will be offering regularly scheduled programs geared toward adults. These programs are dubbed “Forging Creativity: Creating and Crafting programs for adults.” The programs will focus on creating and crafting with various themes and mediums throughout the year.

Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, sign up for our email list, and pick up a copy of Storyteller, our quarterly print news magazine, next time you’re in the Library so you don’t miss out on any Forging Creativity program.
