All Meeting Spaces are currently closed. We are not taking reservations at this time. If you have any questions, please contact Jacqueline Rammer, Library Director, at 262-532-8931.
All groups must follow the following guidelines:
- Only the Community Room will be available
- Maximum capacity is ten people, no exceptions
- Social distancing and mask use required at all times
- Groups must wipe down any furniture used after the meeting
- Maximum two hours reservation time period for any one group
- No communal/open food or drink
- AV equipment will not be available for use
- Must check in and out with a manager before arrival and after conclusion of the meeting
- All other meeting space policies are still in effect including eligibility rules
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in denial of future room use.
Since the Community Room is being used for Library Curbside Services, it will be available for reservation during the following times only, no exceptions:
- Monday – Thursday, 1:00 – 8:00 PM (2 hour blocks)
- Friday – Saturday, 1:00 – 4:00 PM (2 hour blocks)
The Library’s Community Room may be reserved by community organizations and other groups when they are not needed for Library programs. For information about reservation eligibility and meeting space usage restrictions see our Meeting Space Policy.
The library also has several study rooms that are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Meeting Space Release Schedule
In addition to the move to online reservations, another significant change will be when notice of approval will be received. Organizations will be able to request dates for the entire year, as has been done in the past, organizations will be notified according to the release schedule below:

Here is an example:
A patron logs into the system in December and requests to reserve a meeting space for meetings to be held on the first Monday in February and the first Monday in April.
The February date will be approved or denied within 5 business days. Notification on the April date will be received on February 1.
We will continue to work with organizations to adjust rooms, times, or dates to allow use of the Library spaces whenever possible. Instructions on how to use the system will be available in the coming days. Library staff also is available to help with the online process, as needed.
