Many of you have asked when the meeting rooms will again be available to outside public groups. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all reservable library meeting spaces are closed for public use until further notice. We are following the Waukesha County Health and Human Services‘ recommendations for large gatherings. Although our rooms can accommodate larger groups, we are not able to do so and maximize physical distance from others. Along with this the spaces are currently in use for library services such as Curbside pickup. Health and safety of our patrons and staff is one of our main concerns. Should there be a sustained need to maintain social/physical distance, we may not be able to open the spaces for some time. We plan to notify groups that have previously used our spaces when they are again available for use. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Library has three meeting spaces that are able to be reserved by community organizations and other groups when they are not needed for Library programs. For information about reservation eligibility and meeting space usage restrictions see our Meeting Space Policy.

The library also has several study rooms that are available on a first-come first-served basis.
