All groups must follow the following guidelines:

  • Only the Community Room and the Children’s Program Room are available
  • Maximum capacity is ten people, no exceptions
  • AV equipment will not be available for use
  • Must check in and out with a manager before arrival and after conclusion of the meeting
  • All other meeting space policies are still in effect including eligibility rules

Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in denial of future room use.

The Library’s Community Room may be reserved by community organizations and other groups when they are not needed for Library programs. For information about reservation eligibility and meeting space usage restrictions see our Meeting Space Policy.

The library also has several study rooms that are available on a first-come first-served basis.
