What is a Yoto Player?
Yoto Players are screen-free audio players that allow you to listen to music, stories, and games using preprogrammed audio cards. Yoto Players work by inserting different audio cards into the top of the player. They do not have cameras, microphones, or ads of any kind. Each player features a pixel display which changes to correspond with the theme of the audio card you inserted.
Your Library offers Yoto Minis, a compact, travel-friendly device for kids and families. Each Mini comes with a protective carrying case. Its main controls include a power button on the righthand side and two knobs — one to control the volume and one to skip forwards or backward through the chapters or tracks. Each Mini is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker for group listening, but you can also use your own headphones for personal listening. The battery life can last up to 14 hours.

What age is a Yoto Player good for?
Yoto players are designed for children ages three and up. Our younger listeners will enjoy card packs such Yoto Phonics: Letters & Sounds where they can guess different sounds being made, try out some tongue twisters, and try to make their own sounds. Older kids will enjoy listening to stories or graphic novels like Minecraft: The Island narrated by Jack Black. There are also audio cards for the whole family to enjoy together like The Ultimate Disney Quiz which will determine who is the biggest Disney fanatic of them all.
How do I check out a Yoto Player?
