What’s the Gig?
As a Page II, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Circulation department. Dive into the world of books and other materials, help keep our shelves looking pristine, and spread the library love at our Circulation desk.
Rate of pay is $12.33 per hour.
What You’ll Do:

- Organize and shelve materials in their proper locations.

- Work the Circulation Desk checking materials in and out to patrons.

- Sign people up for shiny new library cards.

- Other duties as assigned.
The Schedule:

- Evening shifts (5:00 – 8:00 PM) and every other Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

- One week, you will work 3 evenings shifts on Mondays – Thursdays from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. The following week, you will work 2 evening shifts on Mondays – Thursdays from 5:00 –8:00 PM PLUS Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. You must be able to commit to working this schedule.

- Applicants selected for an interview will be asked to bring a yearly schedule of commitments that may interfere with evening and Saturday shifts. Start thinking about any activities or commitments that may get in the way of a regular work schedule at the Library.

- At least 16 years old.

- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time, ability to bend and stoop to reshelve materials.
