Menomonee Falls Public Library Capital Campaign Surpasses $100,000 Milestone

Over $100,000 Raised So Far

Capital Campaign Reaches $100,000 Milestone

Menomonee Falls Public Library is celebrating an important milestone in its 2026 Library Building Improvement Capital Campaign: more than $100,000 has now been raised by generous community members, families, businesses, and organizations.

The campaign is part of the Library’s multi-year effort to modernize and improve its spaces while creating a more welcoming, accessible, and secure environment for everyone who visits the Library.

The current campaign focuses on improvements to the first floor, the next major phase of the Library’s building transformation. Planned improvements include new carpet and paint, updated furnishings and signage, energy-efficient LED lighting, improved traffic flow, enhanced accessibility, and updates to several key areas, including the Main Lobby, Reading Nook, Print & Copy Center, Board Room, and other first-floor spaces. The renovation is scheduled to begin in November, with work being completed in early spring of 2027. The Library will remain fully open throughout the renovation.

“This $100,000 milestone is an exciting reflection of how much our community values its Library,” said Library Director Jacqueline Rammer. “Every gift, whether large or small, is helping us move closer to creating a first floor that is brighter, more welcoming, more accessible, and better equipped to serve our community for years to come.”

The Library’s ultimate fundraising goal is $500,000. Reaching the $100,000 mark represents significant progress toward that goal and demonstrates the community’s investment in the future of the Library.

The campaign has received support from local businesses and organizations, as well as individual donors.

“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has contributed to this effort so far,” Rammer said. “The Library belongs to the entire community, and it is especially meaningful to see so many people come together to help shape its future.”
