“All Together Now” for a summer of fun at the library! The Summer Library Program is here! Join us for reading challenges, events, and activities for all ages. There is something for everyone at your Library this summer!
We will use Beanstack to run our reading challenges. Beanstack is an online platform that allows you to log your minutes read, complete activities, and write reviews to earn digital badges, prizes, and tickets for prize drawings.
Visit MenomoneeFallsLibrary.Beanstack.org or download the Beanstack Tracker app to your mobile device to get started! Early registration starts June 1.

The Challenges
Children
(ages 0 – 12)
- Read at least 800 minutes to complete the challenge.
- Log your reading time, complete activities, and write reviews to earn fun prizes and tickets for grand prize drawings.
- Read past 800 minutes to unlock extra badges and tickets.
Teens
(ages 13 – 18)
- Read at least 1,200 minutes to complete the challenge.
- Record your reading time, complete activities, and write reviews to earn prizes and tickets for grand prize drawings.
- Everyone who completes the challenge wins a free book!
Adults
18+
- Read at least 1,200 minutes to complete the challenge.
- Win a Fitbit, a Starbucks gift card, four tickets for a Historic Milwaukee Walking Tour, or a special “zoo-mazing” surprise.
- Earn bonus prize entries by writing book reviews and attending Library programs!

What is Beanstack?
Beanstack is an online platform the Library is using to run this year’s Summer Library Program. Through Beanstack, you can log minutes read and participate in fun activities for the chance to earn digital badges and tickets for prize drawings.
How do I get started?
If you have participated in our previous reading challenges on Beanstack:
- Go to MenomoneeFallsLibrary.beanstack.org.
- Click on Sign In.
- From your home screen, locate the Summer Reading Challenge under More Challenges and select Join Challenge.
- You’re ready to start logging your reading and activities!
If you have not participated in our previous reading challenges on Beanstack:
- Go to MenomoneeFallsLibrary.beanstack.org.
- Click on Register an Individual or Family.
- If registering as a family, the parent or caregiver should begin by clicking I am registering myself. If just registering your children, click on I am an adult registering a child.
- Fill in all required fields and select applicable reading challenge to complete registration.
- Once you are registered, you will be taken to your account page. This is where you will log your reading and activities and track the badges you earn!
How do I log minutes, activities & reviews?
- Go to MenomoneeFallsLibrary.beanstack.org or use the Beanstack Tracker app for iPhone and Android devices and log in to your account.
- Select Log Reading and Activities or Add a Review on the top left side of the website, or the plus icon on the bottom of the app.
- Follow the prompts on the screen to log what you’ve accomplished.
- Along the way you’ll receive digital badges and notifications for prizes and tickets you’ve earned. Don’t forget to assign your tickets to prizes in order to be entered in the drawings.
How do I assign tickets to prize drawings?
Using the Website
- Log in to your account at MenomoneeFallsLibrary.beanstack.org.
- Select your reader.
- View the Current Challenges tab and then select Return to this Challenge.
- Under the Challenge name, click on the Ticket Drawings
- On this page, you can see how many tickets you have left to spend, the different prize basket drawing options, and how many tickets you’ve already assigned to the different drawings.
- Add more tickets to the drawings by clicking on the blue Add Tickets
Using the App
- Open up the app and make sure you’re logged into your account.
- Select your reader.
- From the home screen, scroll down to Current Challenges and click on the banner to open.
- Look for the Drawings icon and click on it.
- On this page, you can see how many tickets you have left to spend, the different prize basket drawing options, and how many tickets you’ve already assigned to the different drawings.
- Click on the images to learn more about each drawing, see how many tickets you’ve already assigned to each drawing, and add more tickets using the Add Tickets
What if I don't want to use Beanstack?
Paper logs will be provided to anyone who cannot or does not want to use Beanstack.
